TMS Analyst
Job Description
• Provide global support to administrators and end-users for the technologies and operational processes supporting numerous Talent Management functions.
• Support activities related to the Learning Management System
o Create and modify events
o Update attendance for events that have been managed using the LMS and for historical events captured outside of the LMS
o Assist administrators in proper setup, modification of events
o Manage administrator access rights
o Generate standard and custom metrics reports using Business Objects
o Troubleshoot and resolve data and technical issues
o Support activities related to improving the data integrity of the LMS
• Support activities related to surveys and assessments
o Create and modify surveys
o Generate standard and custom reports
o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to existing surveys and assessments
• Support activities related to the GS University website by updating GSU divisional web pages
• Support Program Administration
o Manage the administration and logistics of training programs or segments of training programs that can be managed from our office in Bangalore, while working directly with colleagues across divisions and regions
• Provide seasonal support to the Firmwide Performance Review Hotline
• Communicate with clients through the use of a shared email account and telephone number
• Proactively identify ways to improve processes, create greater efficiency and share best practices among team members
• Liaise with New York TMS team to expedite problem resolution for more complex issues
Desired Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related field
• 6 months – 1.5 years experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong skills in Excel, with a fundamental knowledge of databases and reporting
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to deal effectively with multiple and varied administrators/end users, within a global environment
• Preferred experience in Human Resources Operations
